Water swirled mutely above his head and a silent yowl escaped his jaws. Bubbles flew from his body, rolling lazily to the water's surface. No matter how he moved or writhed, he still sunk further into the darkness.
With a gasp, he woke, his head suddenly flying up. Instantly, he regretted it. Spasms of pain shot through his body, especially through his chest and lungs. A grown escaped him. Most of his long, blue-gray fur was still wet and plastered to his body, making him look small and defenseless. His throat throbbed from salt-water and near-drowning. Telling himself to sit still, he tried to figure out what was going on. He was laying on a beach, with some boulders not far away and sand all over the place. 'How'd I get here?' he wondered, trying to piece through the puzzle. Thinking back, he recalled being on the twoleg's moving-island, stuck in that terrible, small wooden-cave. He remember loud noises and twoleg cries, and then this horrifying jolt through the wood beneath his paws. Then, without warning, he was in the air, then the water. A shudder shot through him. At least he was on land again, which was so great itself that he never wanted to swim again.

Deepsun had been out hunting by the beach, her slender brown spotted form stalking a stray mouse, nearly catching it but seeing something blue-grey and laying on the beach. The leader bounded forward, her gray-green eyes glittering as she approached the figure, meowing, "Hello?" In her low and sweet voice.

The wet tom, looked slowly towards the sound of the voice. He was still rather groggy. For all he knew, he'd been sitting there for hours trying to figure out what had gone on, it had just felt faster. He finally caught sight of a she-cat and stared at her for a long moment before any emotion rose up in him. Then, panick hit him quickly. What if he was intruding on a strange Clan's territory. He'd only ever known his own Clan before, so he knew little of other Clans. He opened his mouth to say something, but the only thing that came out was a hoarse gasp that left him sputtering and coughing. His throat roared in pain.

"My, you must've been in the ocean for quite awhile. Here, how's about I get you some fresh water, and, if you make it to the camp, some honey. I found some just the other day- luck really. Or was it StarClan's will that you come here and eat our honey? Doesn't matter really- do you feel well enough to follow me? Just flick your tail once for yes, twice for no." Though Deepsun's voice was soothing, the leader did have a tendency to be long-winded when she was nervous, or unsure of what to do. This would be one of those times, as she cautiously approached the tom with gray-green eyes flickering in worry.

Tide didn't flick his tail. He pushed his paws under him and struggled to his feet. Pain shot up his back right leg and he looked back to see a long sliver of wood jutting from his leg. The sight made him nautious(sp?) and he had to look quickly away to keep from retching. He took a tenative step without using his injured leg and found it took great consentration to stay concious with all the pain as well as balancing. He would try, though...

A concerned Deepsun bounded over to where he was, going to his non-woodened (xD) side and offering her for support. It was more than likely he would refuse, but there was a chance that he wasn't as prideful as most other toms tended to be; only actions would tell, as words tended to be useless in these sorts of situations, as Deepsun was gradually learning.

Tide was already panting. Without thinking, he leaned against the strange she-cat, glad to feel a little less dizzy. The long journey back to her came was hell for him, but he didn't think about it, only kept moving, step by step.
))I just remembered, MistralClan believes in SunClan, not StarClan, 'member? ^^ Wow, we've got two Clans on SunClan, one on StarClan, and one on none, really. Then there's Tide, whose former Clan believed in WaveClan. ^^;((

))Huh. That's real interestin' StarClan, SunClan, SunClan, None, and WaveClan. Five for Four. *nodnod*((
Deepsun was walking forward, step by step, until her camp finally loomed ahead of her, and a sort of relief came over her gray-green eyes. Once they arrived inside of the camp, she stopped, waiting for the tom to lie down in order for her to fetch some honey.

When they finally entered what must have been a camp, Tide lowered himself to the ground, not caring about shelter or food, only sleep...

She bounded away, not saying anything anymore. Gliding into the Medicine Cat's den, she found the recent supply of honey that she had found and carried the moss out, gently prying open the tom's jaws and squeezing some honey droplets into his mouth.

))*skips ahead*((
When he finally awoke, he sat up slowly, wincing at how sore his entire body felt. His throat felt a little better, but still rough and raw. He looked around him for signs of life.

Deepsun padded over to the tom, sitting down by him and asking him in her soft and tender voice, "You feeling better?" Her light teal eyes shone brilliantly, tail twitching behind her.
