Thornstar padded into the forest-like part of the beach that served as the LitheClan camp. He had a crab in his mouth and was going to great cautions to not let its claws hit his face, even though it was dead. Crab hunting was still new to him. He placed it on the fresh-kill pile on the middle of the camp and looked to his den. It was a large rock with a wide entrance into the large crevice that was, except for one small opening, tightly enclosed by inter-woven branches that had grown that way by themselves. He let his golden gaze go around the camp. The elders' den was a mossy stump that was hollow and still rose toward the sky; the nursery was a huge stone structure, bigger than his den, with one tiny, thorn-covered entrance with a single opening; the warriors' den was about three fox-lengths long and one high, tall enough for the biggest warrior to stand up in it, and made of plants that grew right in the camp that they had woven together with ferns and fern-like plants that lived in the area; and the apprentices' den was made of a hollow log covered with moss that hung over the entrance into it. Life is good, Thornstar thought, giving a little purr. But the camp still needs a lot of work...especially after knowing we have not three, but four Clans here. He nodded and laid down on the Highrock, over-looking all of the camp life. I'll need to send out a dawn patrol soon, too, he though. Maybe I'll go...and some other cats....That will be decided soon, I suppose. So he released a relaxed sigh and cherished the warm morning sun as he placed his paws in front of him and his head on them.

Raveneye yawned as he stretched, bathing in the warm midday sun. His coal black eyes twinkled in the sunlight, as the tom stood, flickering his only ear around briefly to see if anything interesting was happening. Ah well...that shows Raveneye for ya. They move into a completely new territory, new clans, and he's bored after a day or two.

It had only taken about a half-hour,but at last Fyfewood found where her Clanmates had relocated. As she padded into the camp, trying to look inconspicuous despite the fact that no-one had seen her in a whole day((depending on how long it took them to settle in the new camp)),she became aware of something that her stomach had been trying to bring to attention for quite some time--lunchbreak was way overdue. Waving her long, ginger tail nonchalantly,Fyfewood began strolling over to the fresh-kill pile.

Jaggerstorm yawned, his steel green eyes glinting in the sun. Trotting over to Fyfewood, he could feel his stomach rumble, and in turn meowed, "Wanna go hunting?" His slender tail flicked behind him, hoping that they would be sent out on the dawn patrol, so that he could explore this new land a bit further.

Fyfewood tried not to frown, but she felt rather uneasy about hunting when Soapstone was still at large. Perhaps if she just avoided her,the she'cat's anger would subside before they met again. "Sure,I'm not too tired yet. Shall we try near the beach? I can show you some of the amazing creatures that live around here, especially if you know how to swim."
||Sorry I've been gone for so long. There's are a zillion things going on around here, and I've had a mild case of Writer's Block.||

The younger warrior looked at Fyfewood and grinned, nodding his head in an anticipating manner. He bounded out of camp, heading towards the beach.

Raveneye had awoken, as I have already mentioned, and looked around camp for something to do. He stood and trotted over to Lunarfrost, grinning lopsidedly and meowing, "Would you go hunting...with me?" His tail twitched behind him nervously, and his black eyes twinkled.

Lunarfrost blinked in suprise. "Uhh, sure." She got to her feet and flicked her tail to Ashpaw, who had been laying beside her. The dark apprentice gave her an encouraging wink and the deputy rolled her eyes back at him. "So, where to?"

Raveneye blinked his black orbs, before pondering the new territory. "How about some crab-fishing?" He said with a crooked grin, thinking about all the trouble they could cause. He flicked his tail behind him again, nearly jumping out of his skin with excitement.

Lunarfrost smiled. "I don't think I've quite got the hang of that yet, but alright." She turned to follow his lead. It was odd... she still wasn't sure what was going on, but she suddenly felt a rather liking towards the dark warrior. She was also suprised to find herself being nice to him, when she would have been indifferent to anyone else, even Thornstar...

Raveneye gave a rather wickedly happy grin and padded forward, his black eyes scanning the territory for the familiar sound of the water rushing in and out, the tide. He finally located it and began to head towards it, his paws just staying on the ground, and not floating away with happiness.

Lunarfrost darted ahead of him, welcoming a salty breeze in her face. Despite having grown up in the deep forest, she was adjusting quick to life by the sea. Her fur was starting to look sleek, yet dull from all the salt-water she'd gotten on it since she'd last given herself a good wash. Despite not being a great crab hunter, she was improving greatly at catching small fish in the tide pools or catching sea-birds on the beach nearby.

Raveneye spotted a small injured bird nearby, squawking pathetically. He couldn't resist temptation. And so, he stealthily crept over and pounced on it, bringing it over to Lunarfrost with a look of pure pride plastered on his face. Mock pride, like an apprentice would have.

Lunarfrost couldn't help but give a rough laugh at the look on his face. She gave his ear a playful cuff. "Oh, yes, the Mighty Hunter hath brought us food. We won't starve!" She laughed and shot him an amused smirk. "Let me catch something for myself, I'm not helpless." She dropped into an expert hunter's crouch. Any sign of happiness or amusement disappearing from her face with any other emotion. She crept forward and leapt easily on a little chipmunk who didn't hear her for all his little munchings. She came back and dropped the chipmunk at Raveneye's feet. "Oh, I suppose we should catch something else before we eat anything. The Clan still needs feeding," she said, not smiling, but with a twinkling look in her eyes.

"Good point." Raveneye meowed, poking her with his tail playfully. He crouched down low, spotting a small crab skittering across the sand. His muscles tensed and he leapt forward, pouncing on that crab and scrabbling his sharp claws on the underside, eventually killing it. He brought it over to where the chipmunk and the bird were, his tail swishing behind him happily. His black eyes twinkled and it was obvious that he was having fun, as the waves lapped at his paws. The chipmunk began to float away and his ears perked up, and he yowled, "Hey! Come back!" And so, he floundered into the waves, grabbing the chipmunk and swimming back to shore, his fur sopping wet and a crooked grin plastered on his face. He slowly walked forward, and when he was close enough to Lunarfrost, he shook- and he shook hard. When he was dry, he looked like a poofball.

The deputy's eyes twinkled with amusement. "Oh, nice look. It suits you." She purred happily, snatched up the bird and bird. She shook the water from her feet as she moved further up the shore, then setting them down next to a small tide pool. "Hey, Raveneye, do you know what those things taste like?" She pointed her paw at a very oddly-shaped fish-thing. It was pink and looked almost slimey.

Raveneye gave a wicked grin, his eyes twinkling merrily as he flattened his fur, becoming sleek and muscled once again. He looked at the pink fish-thing and tilted his majestic head, meowing, "I have no idea." He pounced and killed it, grinning as he added, "Let's find out!" His tail whipped behind him playfully, his black eyes glittering.

Lunarfrost reached out with one paw and batted at the thing. "Hey, it won't come off!" She extended her long claws and dug them deep into the creature's 'face'. She pulled her paw back strongly and quickly. With a scelching noise, the thing came with. Wrinkling her nose, Lunarfrost reached down and took a small nibble off one of the creature's many limbs. "Eww! It tastes slimey and salty!" She spat out what she bitten off.

Raveneye also took a small nibble, spitting it out as well. "And weirdly...wet." He meowed, the statement so obvious it seemed idiotic of him to have said it. Blushing madly, he grinned to try and cover it. "Well, let's hope we have success in a better area...with better foods." He added, his his sole ear flicking behind him joyously.

Lunarfrost grudgingly nudged the salty-thing. "We should probably take it back to camp. You know, so everyone knows how bad it tastes..." She grabbed one of the birds and the salty-thing, as it had come to be known in her mind.

Raveneye nodded, grabbing the chipmunk and the other bird, beginning to trot towards camp. Today had been so delightful....so delightful in a way that made him want to stare at Lunarfrost all day long. (WB. xDD)

Lunarfrost set off after Raveneye, wondering what Ashpaw would think of the salty-thing. "Thornstar should be sending out a patrol soon, we should volenteer to go." Her eyes twinkled mischiviously. "Unless, of course, you're feeling too tired to go out again?"

)I know! Shocker! *le gasp*(
Raveneye grinned, trotting along behind her and looking indignant, if only for a brief moment. "I'm not /that/ old!" He meowed, before looking pondorous and adding, "I don't think." He laughed as his legs carried him towards camp, meowing for clarification, "Yes, that's a good idea." His black eyes glimmered happily, his ear flicking behind him.

))Wait, I was just trying to figure out what 'WB' stood for? What /are/ you talking about, Raven? *slow blinkblink*((
Lunarfrost smiled, trotting ahead of him and slipping quickly into LitheClan's new camp. She had scarcely trotted over to the fresh-kill pile when Ashpaw, her nephew, bound up to her. "Where were you?" he demanded, looking exasperated(sp?). "I was gonna ask you to go hunting with me, but it appears you found someone better." He shot a dark look towards Raveneye.

))XDD It means, "Writer's Block." We are /such/ confusing people at times. xD((
Raveneye had entered camp after Lunarfrost, hearing the last part of her conversation with Ashpaw. Dropping his kills in the pile, he gave a wickedly crooked grin, meowing to him with his black eyes twinkling, "Fine! I give up, you can have her. For now." He stretched out beside the other black tom, his only ear flicking behind him, coal-black eyes glinting in the rays of sun.
